Purchasing on Everyparts is straightforward. Please follow these standard steps to complete your transaction:

  1. Request a Quote
    Send a direct email or submit an RFQ (Request for Quotation) to the seller.
  2. Receive the Quotation
    The seller will confirm stock availability and send you an official quote.
  3. Negotiate & Agree
    Finalize the pricing, lead time, and terms and conditions directly with the seller.
  4. Payment & Delivery
    Complete the payment as agreed, and the seller will arrange the shipment.
  5. Transaction Complete
    Receive your goods and close the transaction.

Payment terms are subject to mutual agreement between the buyer and the seller. The following are the most common standard payment methods for domestic and international trade:

  • Wire Transfer: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) / Local Bank Transfer
  • Online Payments: Credit Card / PayPal / Western Union
  • Trade Finance: L/C (Letter of Credit) / CAD (Cash Against Documents)
  • Alternative Options: Net Payment Terms

Yes, we facilitate secure Escrow payments upon mutual agreement between the buyer and the seller. Please note that a standard transaction fee may be applied based on the total order value.

Shipping methods and delivery terms (Incoterms) must be negotiated directly with the seller. Below are the widely accepted standards on our platform:

Shipping Methods:

  • Express Courier: FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
  • Freight Forwarding: Air Cargo or Ocean Cargo via authorized agents
  • Local Delivery: Domestic Postal Service, Local Courier, or Trucking

Delivery Terms (Incoterms):

  • EXW (Ex Works)
    Buyer arranges pickup and handles all shipping/export processes.
  • FOB (Free on Board)
    Seller clears the goods for export; buyer covers freight and taxes.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) / CIP (Cariage and Insurance Paid)
    Seller covers carriage and insurance; buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes.
  • DAP (Delivered at Place)
    Delivered to the destination; buyer pays import duties and taxes.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
    Delivered to the destination; seller covers all duties and taxes.

While Everyparts does not directly intervene in or invoice transactions, we strictly monitor seller compliance. If a seller fails to uphold standard business agreements, we may impose appropriate penalties, including account restrictions.

If you experience an issue with your order and need to file a claim or request a refund:

  1. Contact the Seller First: Please attempt to resolve the issue directly with the seller.
  2. Escalate to Everyparts: If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, contact us at help@everyparts.com with detailed information and evidence regarding the transaction. Our mediation team will step in to assist you.
